The system allow you to send out text messages directly to all or some respondents at any time. This function is particular useful for information updates and mass messages to be distributed to the respondents. Further if the project is suspended due to holiday season or other events where communication directly to all or some of the respondent is required.
This tool can also be used for encouraging and supporting messages when carrying out longer surveys, where participants should be encouraged.
If participants are also connected to treatments or follow-ups this feature could be used for sending out messages in such regard.
