In case of forgetful respondents a reminder message can be sent out to allow the respondent to quickly resume the survey. The reminder can be create as a reminder as such or as a reminder including the question being resent to the specific respondent. The reminder service is highly valued by our customer as it increases response rates with up to 20 %.
The reminder function can be adjusted to be activated in event of missing answers within x hours after the specific question was sent out. The reminder function can be triggered in the entire period the specific iteration is active – i.e. an entire day, week, month or similar applicable for the project.
The reminder message can be worded by our customers or our default reminder wording could be used. We recommend a kind reminder message that includes the relevant question to be resend in same go – automacially.
